That everyone genuinely cares about each other, our customers, and the company. You never get the sense that anyone is in it for themselves. And you never feel like your life should take a backseat to your work. My manager would be annoyed if I ever put work before family.

Our transparent culture allows for everyone to feel comfortable sharing their feelings. I know that I can schedule time to go to coffee with our CEO, and that he will be present and listen to me. It's a great feeling when you know our opinion is valued.

Open - not just accepting but *celebrating* of all people, hobbies, interests, languages, locations. We've got lunchtime plant outings, afternoon meditation sessions, metal in the music Slack channel, board game nights, and a soccer intramural sports team in the works.

I like how you can have actual conversations with folks. They have events and lunches to show good faith when people from different offices visit or new folks join the team. They value the sense of community, instead of coming to work and treating it like work.

I really, really like the people at Sauce. I've worked at tech companies with smart people but big egos. I've worked at tech companies with a boys club / clique of guys who had way too much influence. Sauce Labs is a refreshing change.

The company is diverse despite the fact that it's very lacking in the executive team. Everyone for the most part is friendly and easy going. We all are committed to our roles in the company, but know how to have fun at the same time. My coworkers aren't just colleagues, I can call them my friends.
