Sea Mar has a beautiful mission and I enjoy being a part of that. It is unfortunate that there are so many functional problems that get in the way of that. Retention is very poor. Providers and staffed are overworked and burning out. The number of providers who left the Tacoma clinic in 2018 should be a red flag. There needs to be significantly improved communication between administration and providers.
