I feel that it needs a lot of improvement
Lack of concern for its customers, no tracking available for all the errors done by staffing and cover ups for their errors. There is no tracking in the my chart when Sea Mar cancels every appointment in past year, claiming the customer is always mistaken.
Overall very toxic work enviroment
Management and executive inclusing HR and policies.
