What do you like best about the leadership team?
I like that the leadership team lays a plan and then helps to develop it without force.
Open discussions and understanding of plan.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Treating employees like human beings.
Paying attention to the problems that the front line staff face.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Health care coverage was supurb...so long as you didn't fall into the trap of using company services just because they were covered at 100%.
Healthcare benefits are the best I have encountered.
Strong 401K program with this employer.
Nursing mom friendly at work.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Hispanic workers are intimidated and fear losing their job.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team members care about improving the health of families in our community.
I like that we are able to provide a happy atmosphere while getting the job done.
Renacer is the best work environment.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Sea Mar hires intelligent, capable people who could do amazing things...and then ties their hands and whips them until they're demoralized and leave.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Supposed to be good. But workers are taken advantage
Coworkers!! They are awsome and help the day fly by.
The mission is positive at its core and there are people there who truly believe in it outside of cronyism and financial gain. I wish those people were in charge.
That we are able to really make a difference for our patients.
I enjoy the structural aspects, such as ergonomic chairs, appropriate lighting and safety.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
I feel that it needs a lot of improvement

What would you improve about your company's interview process?
The interview process seemed fine, except so many promises that were made turned out to be lies.
What makes you most happy at work?
Sometimes seeing patients faces when they receive a modicum of care and respect is nice.
I enjoy working with people and seeing their various needs.
Working with the teens is the best.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Management and executive inclusing HR and policies.
Retention is very poor. Providers and staffed are overworked and burning out. The number of providers who left the Tacoma clinic in 2018 should be a red flag. There needs to be significantly improved communication between administration and providers.
