Our DE&I mission is to foster an inclusive and equitable environment that unleashes the power of our diversity. We do this by creating safe spaces for conversations and learning and addressing organizational behaviors, systems, and processes that impact our ability to attract, retain, and engage diverse talent.

For example, we host Trivia, lunch and learns, and open forums to create safe spaces for conversations and learning. We also engage URMs in conversations about things that may impact their experience and find ways for our colleagues to bring more of themselves into the workplace.

To address organizational behaviors, systems, and processes that impact our ability to attract, retain, and engage diverse talent, we regularly review our processes and policies to allow for fair access, opportunity, and advancement and identify and roll out training and workshops to promote equity, inclusion, and awareness.
