The ICs are kind, professional, and caring about the impact of their work. The C-Suite seems to have a higher than average amount of care for folks than other startups. It's still venture backed, and thus has all the same core motivators as other startups.

I firmly believe location-based salary is an unfair policy for compensation and unfortunately, that's what we have.
