The lower leadership team like the Team Leads and Supervisors all seem great and are very easy to talk to. Higher up though there seems to be a disconnect between them and the regular employees.

The only leadership I know is my team lead, and she is great and a friend to the team. Never makes us feel like she is high and mighty and treats us well and does what she can to help whenever possible.
