Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I do not feel that the stock options offered to me were fair, compared to my coworkers who are at my same level. When receiving promotions, I believe extra stocks should also be considered. I also feel that the multi level benefits package is highly unfair & expensive 4 anyone below executive level.
The healthcare is just really expensive and if I wanted to include my wife on it we'd pay ~$300/mo more than just getting her healthcare from the marketplace

Everyone is willing to help everybody else
they are there to help when needed
My team is awesome. Everybody gets along and works hard. We're always beating our goals

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The whole place is just pretty relaxed
Slingshot is one of the most diverse places I've worked. So many different people from different places. It's exciting.

Working remote is the best. I love being on a team where we all work from home and deal with similar challenges
