Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?I do not feel that the stock options offered to me were fair, compared to my coworkers who are at my same level. When receiving promotions, I believe extra stocks should also be considered. I also feel that the multi level benefits package is highly unfair & expensive 4 anyone below executive level.
