Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I do not feel that the stock options offered to me were fair, compared to my coworkers who are at my same level. When receiving promotions, I believe extra stocks should also be considered. I also feel that the multi level benefits package is highly unfair & expensive 4 anyone below executive level.

The healthcare is just really expensive and if I wanted to include my wife on it we'd pay ~$300/mo more than just getting her healthcare from the marketplace
