The VP of Operations verbally abuses disabled employees and directs her employees to run her personal errands as part of their jobs at Socotra. What I like best is that the other members of the leadership team don't do that.

Clear vision for the future, and there is alway a clear articulation of strategy and tactical items. It is great to work at a company where we know the expectations for success in the short term and long term. The management team is always available to answer questions from the team.
