The VP of Operations verbally abuses disabled employees and directs her employees to run her personal errands as part of their jobs at Socotra. What I like best is that the other members of the leadership team don't do that.
They are extremely transparent and have been more forthcoming of company information than any other places I have worked in my 10 years in the industry.
