The VP of Operations verbally abuses disabled employees and directs her employees to run her personal errands as part of their jobs at Socotra. What I like best is that the other members of the leadership team don't do that.

Strategic planning and communication of plans.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I believe the flexibility with PTO is the best part, and dental/eyes portions are good as well.

There is no easy way to compare my salary with my peers, however I think that Socotra can do better in at least providing the information if the employee is in below average, average or above average pay scale. I can only compare it with current market which tells that the salary could be better.
