They are more than coworkers - they are more like family. Many of them I have known for years and therefore we can be very blunt with each other about work without any worry about hurting someone's feelings.

The culture is like a family. I think over 1/3 of the company has been here over 5 years. The employees who have left are called alumni and invited to many events and always treated with love and respect.

The more success we bring to the company will then be passed down to the employees. We have company trips, happy hours, and additional benefits that are not part of a standard company. Plus we have all of the standard benefits that a larger company would offer.

Their door is always open and you can discuss any topic with them at any time. They talk to everyone at the company, they collaborate, and communicate the direction of the company. They are also willing to answer the tough questions and they are good people to hang out with.

My coworkers is definitely number one as so many are good friends. But it is also the challenges and not being in a box in terms of my work. I am challenged with new experiences weekly. I can learn and push to always learn new things on my own or from this experienced team.
