It is a tough economy. I would like to see a fuller build out as a traditional SaaS company (Account Managers, Sales Enablement, Sales Engineers) with more rigorous API development. I think the SDRs and AEs need more help from Marketing via paid search, online presence, conference attendance, etc.

I feel like the amount of hours I spend working doesn't accurately match my pay, especially when compared to other departments. I usually start working at 7am and work throughout the day until 7 or 8. With the bulk of my day being on calls with customers.

The medical/dental/health packages , stock options, and flexible time off policies are great - but the 2 week parental leave for parents is disappointing. It does not seem that this policy is in line with the company values, I hope to see this become more aligned with other tech companies.

Better compensation would definitely make me feel better. We are overworked underpaid and no one listens to us we just keep getting told we should do things for bragging rights but bragging rights don't pay our bills.

I am part of the sales org. Maybe this is a sales specific answer, but as of right now there is just not enough business to go around. You can start at Stampli and get a bad territory and not even get a chance to excel at your job. Management / executives turn a complete blind eye to lopsidedness
