I am part of the sales org. Maybe this is a sales specific answer, but as of right now there is just not enough business to go around. You can start at Stampli and get a bad territory and not even get a chance to excel at your job. Management / executives turn a complete blind eye to lopsidedness

management needs better training and people management skills; people need to feel valued not just a number; new things (etc unlimited pto to discretionary pto and enterprise sales) needs to be better communicated to the team; quarterly bonding events haven't happened this year at all
