StubHub – Ive been trying to get one of the employees to let me talk to someone higher up who can help me. They all refuse! My issue still hasnt been resolved. And im definitely never using stubhub again. Terrible customer service.

I'm really happy with the work I've been doing at StubHub - our entire organization has a great, strategic vision for what's upcoming, while also ensuring that our existing product / company remain successful. The team is also full of incredibly smart, driven, and humble people, which is great.

Being relatively new, I'm still getting acclimated. With that said it appears to be a role with a tremendous upside for compensation & reward, and a great time to join with an exciting rebranding initiative.
