What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Retention and raises as well as caring about employees that have been there over a year. Instead of referring to them as "replaceable".

There is very little communication regarding short, medium, and long term goals and strategy. There is no link between what we do on a day to day basis and the strategy/goals of the company. There is so very little communication or executive presence from leadership to employees.
