I love working with airplanes so I love going into work every day. I think our company is doing well but has a lot to learn regarding employee relationships. The company appears to be on the right path but only time will tell.

We have lots Knowledgeable technicians who are willing to put in a lot of hours. Unfortunately we also have some technicians who do not want to put forth any sort of effort.

I think that the company culture needs to change. Employees need to feel valued and want to come to work every day. At my service center most of the managers have a very negative attitude towards work. Additionally absences are tolerated at a rate I have never seen before.
