Experienced and dedicated personnel understand the business and superior processes that result in a the most profit and employee satisfaction including self worth.
A good knowledge set and a willingness to teach to the next generation.
We are more like a family than a team. We are there for each other both at work and outside of it.

We have lots Knowledgeable technicians who are willing to put in a lot of hours. Unfortunately we also have some technicians who do not want to put forth any sort of effort.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Think about how their interactions and ways of acting impacts others. Being noisy and distracting makes them hard to like. For the most part they're okay, it's the environment and having to work in close space for no good reason that makes it hard to enjoy working together.
The ones I work with directly are fine but certain other ones appear to be paid for little during the week.
