Think about how their interactions and ways of acting impacts others. Being noisy and distracting makes them hard to like. For the most part they're okay, it's the environment and having to work in close space for no good reason that makes it hard to enjoy working together.

I think that the company culture needs to change. Employees need to feel valued and want to come to work every day. At my service center most of the managers have a very negative attitude towards work. Additionally absences are tolerated at a rate I have never seen before.
It would be nice if the employees who work on the floor had some consideration in the eyes of the suits.

I liked that not only did they take into consideration my skills but also showed me how to gain other skills to help me move forward in the company.
Some of the less official questions gave me a good feeling about working at the service center. The question seemed less formal and more real world.
