a super exciting and fabulous experience

I've been with the company almost 2 years. I couldn't ask for a better job. VSL's(Supervisor's) are rotated about every 6 mo. I've had great experiences with each one I have had. My coworkers are awesome! Training within the departments could be better. Pay is great!

Career paths are not clear. Feeling left behind on knowledge & skills growth. Easy to get into a rut. Nice enough coworkers but I don't see a lot of brave people at the office.

We are more like a family than a team. We are there for each other both at work and outside of it.

Think about how their interactions and ways of acting impacts others. Being noisy and distracting makes them hard to like. For the most part they're okay, it's the environment and having to work in close space for no good reason that makes it hard to enjoy working together.

The ones I work with directly are fine but certain other ones appear to be paid for little during the week.

I think that the company culture needs to change. Employees need to feel valued and want to come to work every day. At my service center most of the managers have a very negative attitude towards work. Additionally absences are tolerated at a rate I have never seen before.

It would be nice if the employees who work on the floor had some consideration in the eyes of the suits.

At the time I first applied, I was very much qualified for the position that was open. I was confident, very impressionable and exceeded their expectations.

I liked that not only did they take into consideration my skills but also showed me how to gain other skills to help me move forward in the company.

Some of the less official questions gave me a good feeling about working at the service center. The question seemed less formal and more real world.
