The CEO had VPs & CPO negating his worst tendencies: Impatient and unwilling or unable to understand the constraints affecting the business. We didn't act as a team. Product, Engineering, and Ops had no trust in the CEO or each other, so we put our head in the sand rather than address them.

I met HR, my future manager, my future team, and the CEO. IIRC, it took over a month to go through the process.
How innovative is TextUs?
TextUs wants to be innovative. But, we're not. The Product team couldn't say no to any extra features and has allowed scope creep to kill most features in the past two years (2024-2025).
