I met HR, my future manager, my future team, and the CEO. IIRC, it took over a month to go through the process.
How innovative is TextUs?
TextUs wants to be innovative. But, we're not. The Product team couldn't say no to any extra features and has allowed scope creep to kill most features in the past two years (2024-2025).
