Open to all Nerdery employees, this leadership-sponsored committee seeks to embody diversity and inclusion in regards to race/ethnicity; gender and gender identity; sexual orientation; religious, spiritual, or ethical practices/values systems; age; ability; veteran status; socio-economic status, etc. Their work is guided by the following activities.

Regularly providing input on ideas and initiatives to support diversity, equity, and inclusion issues across recruitment, retention, and engagement.

Provide engagement opportunities for Nerdery employees to foster cultural competencies.

Develop recommendations for training, policies, and practices that foster a more diverse, equitable, and inclusive culture for employees.
