How's the vacation policy at Nerdery?
Nerdery updated their PTO offering in 2022 to a Flexible PTO program for all Nerds to support a positive work/life balance.
New employees are given 4 weeks (20 days) of PTO, which also includes sick time. Up to half of yearly allowance can be carried into the next year. PTO allowance increases after 3 years of employment.
