We have 9 blinds in our house bought 3 years ago. 3 have been replaced after initial repairs. 3 more are now defective and we have no confidence in the rest. You're constantly criticized and bombarded with negativity. Hired to work for 10 hour days but that never happened. Typical amount of hours worked per day, 5 days a week could easily be 12 to 14 hours.
