My showroom coworkers and how we try and look out for one another.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Way too many hours are expected of you. Scheduling is ridiculous, it's like nobody that does scheduling has any idea how long any type of job takes.
What did you like most about the interview process?
It was simple and fast.
