Every week at The Black Tux there's something exciting to look forward to. Whether it be a meditation class, a hiking excursion, a painting activity, free food, happy hour... the list goes on and on! Aside from the fantastic people, these activities make working very enjoyable.

The company culture is fun, energetic and collaborative. Diversity is a key theme among employees, and there's definitely a feeling of camaraderie and teamwork in the air. Another pro is that you're aloud to make mistakes here - which I think is very important for someone entering the workforce.
