Needs to be more opportunity for equal opportunity and not just family and friends in certain groups that keep it in the circle however to have a different vision is not a bad thing infact I can gaurrentee it will grow in multiple areas it was designed w a great outline but certain ppl aren't growin
They are understanding and caring.
Clear goal setting with a lot of autonomy to define the path to reach them
Concerned about the growth and coaching of direct reports, encourage upward management, recognize the importance of open communication, and embrace a culture of radical trust.
Leadership is open and transparent
Hiring better Senior Management for the brand and marketing team. There are inexperienced Directors who have never had true marketing experience let alone manage a team of people. Others' careers have to pay for their lack of experience and it's unfortunate because the company is loosing good talent
Fair pay and flexible time off,
Health benefits, vision dental family benifits
Paid fairly and have options.
I know I'm paid fairly and we get reviewed bi-annually for compensation
The equity and stock options for everyone
I never received my money from the incentive for being employed after the first month i never received it and it was in the contract
Lack of transparency in pay for men and women who have same level work experience. Hearing stories of males getting paid more who are at same level as women or pay raises when asked once and women having to fight for theirs.
Very nice and good energy
Some are polite the ones that are not the favorite ones they do whatever they want if you have an emergency you get a point why when we have kids why should we gets points for leaving early or missing for our kids
I learn a ton from this team every day and we have a variety of talents on the team ranging from tech to design to retail to operations. Everyone wants to see each other succeed.
All teams I've worked on and with have been collaborative and respectful.
Most people on the team are super hardworking, intelligent, and fun to be around.
Coworkers need to be more motivated about coming to work and giving 100%. Coworkers aren't passionate about the work anymore. We can all work better together if managers confronted the issue and made a priority to hold everyone to a new standard for the new year.
Conversation and the communication is great with most areas
Everyone is respectful and kind. And we're always celebrating something. The office is warm and festive without being over the top.
Radical trust. If you're a self starter and intrinsically motivated to achieve, you can thrive in this culture.
The company culture is fun, energetic and collaborative. Diversity is a key theme among employees, and there's definitely a feeling of camaraderie and teamwork in the air. Another pro is that you're aloud to make mistakes here - which I think is very important for someone entering the workforce.
The company cares about the culture and hires people that fit it.
New leadership that is excited to come to work. The employees sense the lack of enthusiasm, which trickles into their work.
Its a very relaxed environment and most people are just chilling - so the interviewees can also chill. Mediocre work is good enough for you to get paid
The process was very fast and professional! The same week I turned in my resume, I had 4 interviews. Everyone was friendly and I never felt intimidated.

My clients, the pay, my employees
The fact that the company is on a downward trend with its bad attitude and trying to prop up the cash
Getting paid weekly not biweekly
The scope of opportunities available, the support of my team and a manager who empowers me without micromanaging.
