I have several years experience working for turkey hill, sheetz, etc. And I have never called off one day and every day that I get called into work when someone does call off I go in no matter what and I only make 11 an hour when I know I can earn more for what I do

I feel like I spend a lot of time at work, doing everything I am expected plus and the wage is barely a livable wage. I think it would be better to have more bonuses and bonuses that are evenly distributed. Also giving raises for excelling employee.

We put in well above the mandatory 48 hours. There's weeks when my fellow managers and I are working 70 plus hours and we receive the same paycheck as someone who is putting in the bare minimum

I feel undervalued because my managers are asking me to work at ungodly hours for minimum wage with no extra payment for overnight nor overtime as well as giving me more tasks to do. And calling for me to work a second shift 5 hrs after working the first all the while refusing increase my wages

I littery do everything previous shift was supposed to do. That's all before I can start my own shift duties. I get yelled at sometimes in front of customers for missing something I'm suppossed to do because I AM ALONE ON MY SHIFT! IT'S JUST ME THERE TO DO EVERYTHING.Very rare to have help on shift.
