There's room for growth but it's done in the wrong way. I was taken to be a store manager way to quickly. I was with the company for a month and didn't have enough experience. I felt as if I was set up to fail.
The team are very nice and helpful
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Burn it to the ground
Need to learn how to talk to the workers in a way that treats them like people instead of robots that work under them.
People who don't look down on the lower level employees , help us out instead of making us do everything & have our backs
Care about how you treat your employees
Their job. Super unprofessional in general (Slurs, Cussing, ect..)
The manager would get a 10 if she stopped promoting lazyness. The real assistant manager would get a 10 if she wasn't rude 9 out of 10 times. The new assistants need experince and/or not be lazy. As a whole this is an issue.
