Burn it to the ground
Need to learn how to talk to the workers in a way that treats them like people instead of robots that work under them.
People who don't look down on the lower level employees , help us out instead of making us do everything & have our backs
Care about how you treat your employees
Their job. Super unprofessional in general (Slurs, Cussing, ect..)
What is the best part about your compensation package?

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Because I was bullied and management did nothing to stop it
I have several years experience working for turkey hill, sheetz, etc. And I have never called off one day and every day that I get called into work when someone does call off I go in no matter what and I only make 11 an hour when I know I can earn more for what I do
Proper training better district managers
If I was paid as much as some of my coworkers I've worked there for 1 year and getting paid roughly 25¢-$1 less then some people who started like 6-7 after me
The company wants to make the most money by cheating their employees.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We All get along and are like a dysfunctional family
They all want to work n stay but the store is a wreck n beyond help

My coworkers are amazing. We all help each other out. We basically run the store by ourselves because our manager is never there.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Build better relationships in a non toxic work space
They need to hire people who actually want to work and show up for their shifts

Most only treat it as an income, they dont actually try to work for their money, nor do they care about how well they have done their job/how they've left the following shifts.

Everyone likes to be open and have a good time while we work

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
We have almost no shipments and a good portion of the shelves are empty. If we had better supply chain we would be in a better state.
Clean house district managers ,managers n retrain
The managment team is toxic.
The managers & higher positions , don't care about us workers
Train better and enforce company policy better. Have more oversight on your stores
