I absolutely love my job and hope to one day be able to move up in the company but I see a lot of wasted items that could feed the homeless community or the people who don't have anything I know that the food banks would accept donations but they haven't implemented a donation policy

Everyone likes to be open and have a good time while we work
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I have several years experience working for turkey hill, sheetz, etc. And I have never called off one day and every day that I get called into work when someone does call off I go in no matter what and I only make 11 an hour when I know I can earn more for what I do
