Stressful. People don't work as a team they work for themselves (if at all).

Communication and working out solutions to help all involved.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
People just dont care anymore. They want to come in get paid to do nothing and go home instead of working. It's quite sad.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Most only treat it as an income, they dont actually try to work for their money, nor do they care about how well they have done their job/how they've left the following shifts.
