Lacking in all areas. The benefits are nice but the rest if lacking. Leadership seems to stop all forward progress and the bureaucracy has so much red tape that you can get in trouble for just doing your job.

Stop worrying about the company image and take care of the employees. The only people being taken care of are the executives. everyone else is just along for the ride. Empower the employees and pay them well as well as respect their ideas.

Most of the people I work with want to make things better but every time they try they are shut down by red tape and lies about how it is unsafe because anything about space travel is safe? But yet we push on and try to help each other stay positive.

Management never thanks you when you have a good idea unless it is their idea. If you do have a good idea and you are not part of the IN crowd then they will take your idea and give it to someone they like. This ends with them destroying your idea and low and behold it becomes your idea again.
