Collaboration and support of each other
Collaboration and respect on team
Like a lot of people, I think my team is amazing and lovely but there is a disconnect between the teams. We're a bunch of cliques within the collective.
They are experienced, knowledgeable, helpful, and fun to be around.
Small team, who is motivated to work
Most of the people I work with want to make things better but every time they try they are shut down by red tape and lies about how it is unsafe because anything about space travel is safe? But yet we push on and try to help each other stay positive.
They make working here worth it!
The team is brilliant. I feel privileged to be in a place where so many people are passionate and empowered to do their best work every day.
