They need to be visible and at the office/meetings. The current situation is that all low-level employees are at the offices most of the time, and most of the management is not. I believe most employees don't understand what there managers do...

Wellness days and responsible PTO. It helps to know that on Wellness days the whole team is off so I can really take time away from work.

I think CS is asked to manage a lot and also sell a lot. I think the percentage on contract renewals and any cross-sell/up-sells should be higher. The CS team manages the entire customer relationship, but the sales and IDN teams benefit the most from it.

Compensation is less than comparable competitors. Many departments experience vast promotions. Our department does not.

We can call on each other when we need help understanding something. We all experience different things with our customers, so it's refreshing to have someone to bounce things off of. I have also gotten really close to some of my colleagues. I think most of the people at Viz are really special.

I believe we do work well together remotely. I think maybe having more interactive meetings instead of just everyone with their cameras off will help peopole focus on the topic of discussion.

Celebrating eachother. We use shout outs and slack channels to acknowledge the gratitude we have for each other. It would be nice to see these come from more managers and executives. I don't think I've seen harly any from higher ups.

¿Qué te hace más feliz en el trabajo?
Knowing that I have a LOT of work to do. I like to keep busy and my plate is always full of different tasks that challenge me on a daily basis. It's not just the same day in and day out work that can cause you to burn out.
