The pay and benefits are on par with more well-known tech companies. Small company feel, but big company incentives. 401K is a 4% dollar for dollar match.

Outstanding company with strong values. Open to feedback and willing to make changes. I admire that because it is rare to make a suggestion and then actually see it play out in real life. Management has a good understanding of the people here and their needs.

Company will deduct a loss from you in full from your check even if your commision is only a fraction of the loss. Unethical behavior that should be investigated

Company had good internal chemistry until greedy CEO tried to take advantage of COVID19 and fired almost all American employees for Indian remote workers. All American employees pay was cut by 70%. If you ever make a mistake in your position the CEO will deduct the loss directly from your check.
