The pay and benefits are on par with more well-known tech companies. Small company feel, but big company incentives. 401K is a 4% dollar for dollar match.
What I like best about the management is how well they listen to us and do genuinely care about things.

Not outsourcing the company to India. No negotiating lower pay structure when you are already years into the position.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Never enough for Vyrian. Not in a good way.
Company will deduct a loss from you in full from your check even if your commision is only a fraction of the loss. Unethical behavior that should be investigated
If the compensation didn't change (go down) every 3 months that would be great.

Constant pay changes at the CEOs temper tantrum decisions. Constant Layoffs. Company flooded with overseas remote workers in India.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Company had good internal chemistry until greedy CEO tried to take advantage of COVID19 and fired almost all American employees for Indian remote workers. All American employees pay was cut by 70%. If you ever make a mistake in your position the CEO will deduct the loss directly from your check.

I was very neevous and shy, but once I started the interview I was fine. First was by Zoom and next was face to face.

Interview process was easy enough but turned into being a red flag of very high turnover
