The people here are very diverse. Basically people are from every where, not the typical boys club situation you can see in tech/engineering companies

Culture is much better after some folks were let go. The low work ethic was causing issues with those of us who really worked hard.

The most positive thing would be the spot bonuses. Company is very flexible and constantly does compensation reviews.
