It's quiet. Generally collaborative. Nice atmosphere for introverts.

Totally depends on the product/solution. Some products are same day. Some are 6-12 months.
do you wish your comp was weighted more or less on commission?
The same or less. The incentive program is dated and broken. Moving to more on commission would be unfair to sales.
Are your sales goals realistic or does it seem like you’re set up for failure?
