Stock options! The company is also taking steps to improve some benefits during WFH, which is great. As we get bigger/once the pandemic ends, would be nice to see other perks like occasional discounted tickets or giveaways.

1. Because our titles, experience, and responsibilities seem to have nothing to do with our compensation structure. (Read: there are people with less experience, lower titles, and fewer responsibilities that make more or just slightly less than I do.) 2. Be TRANSPARENT!

I often work 10-hour days and weekends. I'm not sure anyone else in the company understands how much work my job entails, and that I'm constantly being forced to choose between doing my job well or doing my job within normal business hours.
