Management training. It seems haphazard and none of the departments communicate with each other
1. Setting realistic deadlines; 2. Actually encouraging healthy work/life balance (not just saying they encourage it); 3. Listening to criticism / creating opportunities to give feedback; 4. Communicating (not just milestones, but strategies and objectives); 5. Transparency
