Salary and RSU's have been great
Review from Operations Dept
My HR rep actually advocated to get me as much as possible rather then making me negotiate. Great stocks and sign-on bonus.

I like the stock offerings.

Amazon RSUs. Amazon acquired Wondery earlier this year.

Access to good/comprehensive health insurance
Review from Product Dept
Fair base salary along with being vested in the companies success.
Review from Sales Dept
The opportunity to own equity in the company.
Health care and dental benefits are really good.
Review from Marketing Dept
That fact that stock options are offered to all employees.
Stock options! The company is also taking steps to improve some benefits during WFH, which is great. As we get bigger/once the pandemic ends, would be nice to see other perks like occasional discounted tickets or giveaways.
I'm so thrilled to be offered the opportunity to contribute to a 401k! It's my first one, so it's really exciting.
Review from Operations Dept
Wondery's benefits package is great so that means a larger pay check each month.

You gotta love the stock options!

Subsidized healthcare for my spouse.
Review from Marketing Dept
We were recently granted stock options which is something I value immensely.
Review from Sales Dept
My base salary was the strongest draw for my compensation package.
Review from Marketing Dept
Stock options are incredibly generous. Additionally, reimbursing parents for tutoring during WFH and offering to pay phone/wifi bills.
Review from Operations Dept
Stock options, being reimbursed for bills during Covid
Review from Operations Dept
i am grateful for my salary.

The opportunity to contribute to a 401K at a start-up
The leveling that determines salaries seems to unfairly limit my salary potential versus how competitors might value me.
The volume of work requires teams to be more built out and not operate so lean. And if operating lean, should increase salaries a bit.
Review from Marketing Dept
increase number of vacation days
Review from Sales Dept
I often work 10-hour days and weekends. I'm not sure anyone else in the company understands how much work my job entails, and that I'm constantly being forced to choose between doing my job well or doing my job within normal business hours.
Review from Product Dept
I do feel like this company's base salary sits lower than other companies and other companies do provide bonuses on top of salary.
I wish my salary was higher.
Review from Operations Dept
The company pays below market rate, but it has a great culture and the work is exciting.
Review from Operations Dept
Low salary for the huge amount of work we balance, but we are very well supported in other ways
Review from Sales Dept
It's still a startup- my salary is less than the average for my role in my city. But I have high job satisfaction.
Review from Operations Dept
1. Because our titles, experience, and responsibilities seem to have nothing to do with our compensation structure. (Read: there are people with less experience, lower titles, and fewer responsibilities that make more or just slightly less than I do.) 2. Be TRANSPARENT!
Review from Product Dept
Higher cash compensation to be more inline with market (no startup discount).
