The people they hired not only are smart, but they also clearly were hired because of their positive, collaborative, and friendly attitude towards work and challenges. It's refreshing especially when you are coming from industries that this wasn't a given

We are very transparent about our strategic priorities, we all know what needs to be done which ensures no time is wasted. We all communicate effectively and help all team members - regardless if we're on the same team or not.

We have a global-local system for strategy setting which empowers everyone to determine how they will move the needle on results. Of course, the north stars come from the top but each team authors their own priorities that are fully aligned. This builds enthusiasm and momentum that never wavers.
