The work is always different, as an engineer this expands my own portfolio and also keeps me from getting board. It can be stressful sometimes, but as an open team, when we are asked to do something new we just state it and get a little extra time to learn as we build. Then share it with others.

Onsite proper food, gym, rest places, collaborative hubs, privacy booths. Choice of a 4 day work week where we could do 4 longer days and keep same pay or 4 normal days and loose 1 days pay. This would be great publicity and help hiring and retention

- Employees are expected to support executive hunches and change roadmaps for them without tangible evidence. - Decisions are slowed by excessive bureaucracy. - The "positivity" culture prevents the expression of anything slightly negative. - Private slack channels impede transparency across the org
