Training does not fully prepare you. When ever there is an issue all you get from management is a text book answer. On payday the funds do not arrive in your bank account until the end of payday. Bogus "no show" hours are deducted daily which you don't get paid for and count against you.

Personal interaction with agents. More attention to detail when it comes to fixing problems. Text book responses without actually investigating the issue isn't good enough. Paying at the end of the day on payday is completely unacceptable.

The "no show' hours are the big problem. Their system has a problem tracking when you are logged in and docks hours daily. Those no show hours aren't paid and they decrease adherence scores. I did everything I was told to do to avoid no shows and I still received them in my metrics.
