Kim is the greatest! She built Working Solutions from the gournd up, literally in her kitchen. This is the best company I have worked for in my time working from home!

Friendly place. Welcoming for employees.

Good company for extra income, not for entire income. Contractor work hours can be hard to get. I think the company is better than Arise though. I do wish the pay was better. No way this can be your only income.

Personal interaction with agents. More attention to detail when it comes to fixing problems. Text book responses without actually investigating the issue isn't good enough. Paying at the end of the day on payday is completely unacceptable.

The "no show' hours are the big problem. Their system has a problem tracking when you are logged in and docks hours daily. Those no show hours aren't paid and they decrease adherence scores. I did everything I was told to do to avoid no shows and I still received them in my metrics.
