the staff at my location is mostly made up of college students, the environment is very friendly and for the most part we work as a team to reach our individual goals and enforce policies.

at my location, we have developed a sense of community in between staff members and our patrons as well, by far that is my favorite thing about my current position, being able to help our members and maintain a positive relationship with my coworkers.

i have worked for the company for 2 years as an operations leader. training and developing is rare even though i have worked closely with 4 different managers. before i was promoted the phase system was fair and the wages fit the position, now i feel that $10/hr is not acceptable for the workload.
