get rid of some of the senior managers, as stated to many chiefs and not enough indians

Everything. Understanding, Speak to employees in batter matter. Don't tell them you don't understand them. Try to listen better. to your team not only you. Teach your team how to do better in the department and with all training. Department Manager never accept or process employees request
training / development of employees, hiring within, motivation, unrealistic goals, empathy, productivity, the changing of every rule and fee every other week, running flash sales and open houses every day... and many more.
